A new name on Liverpool's radar to replace Arnold

A report emerged on Sunday, about a new name that has come onto Liverpool's radar to strengthen the right-back position after the departure of English star Trent Alexander-Arnold was confirmed.

According to what was reported by the French newspaper L'Equipe, Brazilian Vanderson, the right-back for Monaco, is of interest to the Reds as the club seeks to bolster this position.

Vanderson, who is 23 years old and is also a name being considered by Spanish club Barcelona, has a contract with Monaco until the summer of 2028.

It is worth noting that the press has also linked Liverpool with Dutch player Jeremie Frimpong, the star of Bayer Leverkusen in Germany.
