Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar wants to play in the Champions League. He has not decided where he will play, but it must be at a Champions League club.

According to 'Relevo' journalist Matteo Moretto, AC Milan are in pole position to get the player. But there is still a long way to go and it will all depend on several factors such as qualifying for the Champions League.

AC Milan are clear that they want him and they have already got down to work. According to this source, the club have begun talks with the midfielder's brother. He is now charge of all matters regarding the French midfielder's future.

But Milan are not the only ones interested. Real Betis are also on the list of possible destinations for the player, where he would be reunited with his compatriot and former teammate Nabil Fekir.
