Four Serie A teams have been linked to a transfer for Italy's Michael Folorunsho, a midfielder for Napoli, including AC Milan. According to TMW, the Rossoneri may try to sign the former midfield player for Hellas Verona, but that would only happen if they can clear room on the roster by selling a player. Tommaso Pobega and Yacine Adli leaving the club would be the most likely option, but neither of them seems to be close to doing so at this time.
While Folorunsho was a member of the Italy team at Euro 2024, he had a relatively little role. Prior to joining Napoli a year ago, he was on loan at Verona for the previous campaign. Prior to Gianluca Scamacca's injury, Atalanta expressed interest in the player; nevertheless, Atalanta now needs to spend money on a striker. Nevertheless, Teun Koopmeiners' possible sale to Juventus would bring them back into the picture for Folorunsho.
