PSG may face competition from Arsenal, AC Milan, Juventus, and Real Madrid for a young defender who is highly regarded in Spain. However, Arsenal seems to have the upper hand because they apparently came to a personal deal with the player. Real Madrid is already considering their alternatives for the free agents who will be available next summer. They have Mosquera and Myles Lewis-Skelly on their radar. Mosquera is on PSG's transfer radar this summer as well, and Valencia might sell the Alicante native, a vital member of the team, to raise money.
But in an attempt to land a transfer to Arsenal, Mosquera turned down a lucrative new contract offer from Valencia as well. According to a recent report, Arsenal and Mosquera have already reached a personal agreement. The Premier League team's first offer of €14 million was turned down, but they are currently negotiating a fresh offer that is anticipated to surpass €20 million.
