Arsenal is getting ready to make a surprise bid for a Wolves player

Since Arsenal has already missed out on the Premier League championship two years in a row, Mikel Arteta and Edu will be searching for the players who they believe can help them lift the championship a third time around. Arsenal is undoubtedly planning a move to get Riccardo Calafiori. However, there is still work to be done in the defense, as Aaron Ramsdale, who lost his starting position to David Raya, has been linked to a transfer elsewhere. Arsenal intends to bid on a Daniel Bentley in order to protect Raya.

Bentley has only made five Premier League appearances since arriving in Molineux during his two years with Wolves, where he has filled in for Jose Sa. If he moves to Arsenal during this transfer window, he may, however, find himself even lower on the hierarchy.
