Arthur Melo has found himself in a challenging situation

Due to his apparent banishment from Juventus' first squad, Arthur Melo has found himself in a challenging situation this season. The Brazilian midfielder was told early on that boss Thiago Motta no longer had him in his plans and that he would have to find another team. Arthur had trouble finding a route out of Juventus during the summer transfer window, even after a strong stint on loan at Fiorentina the previous season. He is now sidelined, unable to support the team's endeavours, and trapped without consistent playing time as a result.

Juventus is keen to get rid of Arthur and remove his salary from their books since they are aware of the circumstances. Both the team and the player would gain from a January transfer window move, which would enable Arthur to restart his career in a different location. Real Betis and Girona, both of which are apparently eager to bring him back to La Liga.
