AS Monaco 2-2 draw against Nantes

In an effort to extend their winning run to two games, AS Monaco got off to a strong start while adjusting to their tenacious, challenging opponents. Axel Disasi skillfully volleyed home Caio Henrique's typical accurate corner kick to give Les Monegasques the lead and get things going to their advantage. Shortly after, the Brazilian with the magic left foot was back at it, and Eliot Matazo doubled their lead just before the half-hour mark thanks to his enticing cross.

Before halftime, Krepin Diatta and Vanderson then had opportunities to further increase their lead, but they narrowly missed them. As a result, the score remained 0-2 at the break. In the opening minutes of the second half, there would be more shots on goal, but Nantes' superb Alban Lafont was up to the task in goal.
