Asante Kotoko not ready to release Sogne Yacouba

Asante Kotoko is not ready to release their key man Songne Yacouba.

The Porcupine Warriors have received a lot of offers from several Clubs who have expressed interest.

Clubs from France are reportedly on the heels of the player who has become the fan’s favorite.

Tanzanian Champions Simba FC has also reportedly inquired about the player.

According to the chief executive officer of the Club George Amoah, his outfit will do everything possible to keep the player.

“He is a very good asset to us and very talented. Look at how he scored the two goals for us yesterday,” Amoako told Oyerepa FM.

“He demonstrated how purposeful he is at goal, I admire him a lot.”

“We will do our possible best to keep him at Kotoko, we need such players for our club.”

“These are the kind we want to see playing for Kotoko so we will not allow him to leave.”

“If for any reason he has to leave he won’t go cheap.”

Yacouba was the hero for Kotoko over the weekend when he scored twice to help them beat Hearts of Oak in the Super 2 clash.
