Aston Villa are considering changing their mind on one of its player

Aston Villa is apparently debating whether to reverse course on a decision made during the summer transfer window and bring one of its players back to Villa Park. According to sources, Villa is debating whether to return highly regarded youngster Louis Barry from his loan at Stockport County. The 20-year-old is a key player at Edgeley Park and has contributed to five goals and one assist in eight league games this season. However, his tenure at the club may come to an early conclusion.

Villa is debating whether to recall him and lend him to a League Two team at a higher level. Barry signed a season-long loan agreement with the Manchester-based team, although he has the option of returning to the Midlands in January. Prior to moving on to Stockport County, Barry signed a new contract with the organisation; however, Villa did not specify how long it would last.
