Aston Villa clarify their position on Watkins and Rogers' future

Aston Villa are open to selling their striker Ollie Watkins during the summer transfer window, but on the other hand, they completely reject the idea of parting ways with their young playmaker Morgan Rogers.

The report indicated that Arsenal, which had previously made an offer to sign Watkins during the last winter transfer window, may attempt to acquire him again.

The report added that Arsenal's winter offer was lower than expected, and Aston Villa refused to sell any of its key players during that period, especially after the departure of Jhon Duran from the team.

This summer is expected to be an ideal opportunity for the club to sell Watkins, who will turn thirty next December.

In contrast, Aston Villa emphasized its insistence on keeping Morgan Rogers, stating that he is not for sale for any amount less than £100 million.
