Regarding a deal for a member of the Viola's backline, La Liga powerhouse Barcelona recently communicated with their rivals at Fiorentina. This is what Calciomercato says, identifying Dodô as the player in question.
On the books of Fiorentina, Dodô is now engaged in what has been an all-around outstanding campaign. After recovering fully from a severe knee injury, the Brazilian has become an indispensable member of manager Raffaele Palladino's team. Just this past weekend, Dodô outperformed AC Milan and recorded his sixth Serie A assist before VAR stopped what appeared to be a late winner. And the 26-year-old's continued performance has clearly not gone unnoticed around the continent. The aforementioned Barcelona has confirmed that they have contacted Dodô on the potential of a summer signing.
