Barcelona's stance on signing Jonathan Tah

A Spanish sports report has revealed FC Barcelona's stance on signing Jonathan Tah, the defender from Bayer Leverkusen.

Tah's contract with Leverkusen is set to expire at the end of the current season. The player is satisfied to stay at Bayer, but it seems that he would like to better discuss some contract clauses for the future.

Journalist Toni Juan Marti stated that Barcelona has informed the player's agent, Pini Zahavi, that they are currently unable to afford the costs associated with signing Tah.

The source finally added that the player would be intrigued by the idea of moving to Barcelona, but he wants to finalize his next destination within a month at the latest.
