During the summer transfer window, Catalan defender Marc Bartra was selected by the club to leave because of his lack of participation. Although he was a fan favorite there was very little he could do in order to have more minutes with Luis Enrique, this obviously wasn't something he liked and ended up getting the best of him. Desperation and a great sense of not being able to change his situation pushed him out of the club, his destination was Borussia Dortmund.
Already with the German club, Bartra has found a new version of himself and has managed to get that starring role he craved, talking to Diario AS from Spain, Bartra said: "I could say that I'm nine out of 10 happy. What a player wants is to play and enjoy playing, and I've done it in every game here in Dortmund. All these things I value more after the last year I spent in Barcelona.
"It was one of the most difficult decisions in my life [to leave Barca]. I talked to the coach [Tuchel] and saw clearly what was to come. The most important thing was to have the confidence in him he deserved. Tuchel cares a lot about detail. He is a technician who has similarities with [Pep] Guardiola."
