Benjamin Tetteh suffer Europa League exit with Sparta Prague

Former Ghana U20 forward Benjamin Tetteh suffered a painful exit from the UEFA Europa League competition after his Club Sparta Prague got lost to Spartak Subotica in the final playoff round.

Sparta Prague lost 3-2 on aggregate having tasted a 2-0 defeat in the first leg.

The results did not go in their favor as they crashed out of the European competition.

Tetteh, who joined the Club weeks ago from Belgian Club Standard Liege have to wait at least for one season before enjoying European football.

The Ghanaian striker was hoping to make a mark in the competition this season.

Sparta Prague will now have to shift their attention to the domestic League and aim to win the League title this season.
