Bologna wins against Monza

In the first half, the two teams couldn't be separated as they pushed for an edge, with the away side seeming a little more dangerous as they hesitantly pressed up the pitch. Andrea Petagna scored from the penalty spot in the 57th minute to give Monza a 1-0 lead. Unfortunately for coach Raffaele Palladino and his team, this appeared to be a wake-up call for Bologna, who responded quickly on the field.

Thiago Motta's side equalized in the 60th minute thanks to Scottish player Lewis Ferguson. After the initial 13 minutes, they took the lead thanks to a Roberto Soriano strike, making the score to 2-1. Bologna held on as Monza pushed hard to get an equalizer, but their efforts were eventually futile as the Rossoblu took all three points.
