Bonucci already has a date to end his player career

Juventus already know how much time they will have to prepare Leonardo Bonucci's farewell. The veteran defender of Vecchia Signora announced the date he chose to end his playing career.

"When I stop playing next year, an era of defense will come to an end, a way of interpreting the Italian defense," he said in an interview with the club's channels, stipulating the summer of 2024 as the time to say goodbye.

Bonucci, aged 37, looks back on his time at Juventus, an adventure that began in 2010 with a year-long interlude in Milan.

"When you're a kid, when you run after the ball, you dream of wearing a shirt like Juventus's and doing it 500 times means having made history at the club. It's a great emotion ", he said further.

Bonucci has nine Serie A, five Italian Cups and five Super Cups.
