Borussia Dortmund draws 2-2 with Bayern Munich

Borussia Dortmund bounced back stronger as they managed to crack their defeating streak against Bayern Munich, as Anthony Modeste’s 95th-minute equalizer shone bright and made them level with the two goals shot by Bayern. The Black and Yellows seemed disheartened after witnessing Bayern take an incredible two-goal, owing to Leon Goretzka and Leroy Sané. But Youssoufa Moukoko split the deficit by half for Edin Terzic’s men with 15 minutes left, before Anthony Modeste fired a last-moment equalizer to rescue his team with a nail-biting 2-2 tie.

Edin Terzic inculcated two changes to the team that defeated Sevilla on Wednesday, with Mats Hummels arriving into the squad for Thomas Meunier and Donyell Malen coming in lieu of Karim Adeyemi. Borussia Dortmund dominated the first half while Bayern patiently looked for counter-attacking opportunities. 4 yellow cards were given in the first half alone.
