Bournemouth has a new versatile player

With Premier League’s all-new season set to kick off Bournemouth is preparing for the clash with Aston Villa on the opening day. Scott Parker welcomes Marcus Tavernier to the new squad that would be taking part in the top flight England tournament. Parker had earlier shared that newly promoted Cherries did not look quite ready to face the biggest clubs of Europe.

This summer, the club had witnessed eight departures already and only two new signings in the form of defender Ryan Fredericks and midfielder Joe Rothwell. But the current news, about Middlesbrough midfielder Tavernier brings some relief to Bournemouth players. Chief executive Neil Blake, shared he was one of the stand out performers in the Championship last season and will benefit the squad greatly.
