Brentford stun Chelsea 4-1

One goal from Christian Eriksen, two from Vitaly Janelt, and a late one from Yoane Wissa helped Brentford secure the win with 4-1. This was a comeback conquest for Brentford who blew up Chelsea on Saturday at the Premier League. Brentford was visiting Stamford Bridge for the Premier League for the first time. Eriksen’s career seemed a little doubtful after his downfall last year during the European Championship. But this season saw him smack two goals for his country. Since 1939, this has been the first win of Brentford over Chelsea.

During the first half of the game, Hakim Ziyech had the best opportunity for Chelsea, David Raya tipped it over the bar in the 38th minute. Brentford started aggressively against Chelsea as Toney had 3 chances in the first 20 minutes. With the win, Brentford moved up to the 14th position on the chart.
