"Girona have reached an agreement with Tottenham for the loan transfer of winger Bryan Gil until the end of the season. The 23-year-old forward has already passed his medical and will start training under Michel on Tuesday," the Catalan club said in a statement.
Bryan Gil will be one of the players in charge of trying to replace Savio Moreira, who was one of the most outstanding players of the Catalan team last season. The Andalusian is the club's sixth signing after defenders Alejandro Frances and Ladislav Krejci, midfielder Donny van de Beek and forward Abel Ruiz.
The Girona statement highlights that he is a "skilful and quick" player who stands out for his dribbling and his ability to face defenders, especially in one-on-one situations, and that he is "an important asset in creating goal-scoring opportunities".
