Capello thinks Benzema is Florentino's favorite

Despite being practically ruled by thousands of partners, Real Madrid has a club president who always makes crucial choices for the benefit of the club. This means that he has power and sometimes he tends to use it for personal gain, we all know that he demands Karim Benzema to always feature in every match regardless of his current form. This is a huge obstacle for young striker Alvaro Morata, who clearly is in better shape than Benzema and yet he still starts matches from the bench.

Former Real Madrid manager Fabio Capello, made this notion public once more as he told Fox Sports Italia that: "Having to make a choice between Benzema and Morata is a dilemma every coach would love to have. I think Zidane has found the right solution. He starts with the French attacker, mainly because he is the president's darling, and then brings on the Spaniard to decide games. I think Zidane's tactics are the best option here. The results are proving him right."

Morata is one of those players who tend to shake up the game when it's at it's most difficult moment, Benzema is clearly not at a great level and Alvaro is starting to get tired of this. But then again, he already knew what he was getting himself into before he decided to come back to Real Madrid.
