Chelsea agree to sell Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso to Barça

Financial levers aside, and the difficulties of paying exorbitant salaries always present, the reality is that Barcelona's interests are working well. As well as bringing in Andreas Christensen and Franck Kessie for free, players such as Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski have admitted their desire to wear the Catalan club's shirt, which often facilitates negotiations.

Other players who are keen on a move to Barcelona are Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso, who are currently at Chelsea. The Catalans recently met with London managers to discuss their signings and the players themselves wanted to talk to their club about letting them leave.

The latest information comes from 'Mundo Deportivo'. The newspaper assured that the Stamford Bridge side will accept the departure of the two full-backs, but only if they get a guaranteed replacement first, as both are important in Thomas Tuchel's schemes.
