According to the same sources, discussions are currently underway between the club's management and the player's representatives to improve the terms of the existing contract and reward the young full-back for his remarkable development since joining the London team, even though his current contract already runs until 2030.
The 21-year-old French defender joined Chelsea from Olympique Lyon in the summer of 2023 and has become one of the key players in the Blues' lineup this season.
It is worth noting that the French full-back has played 96 matches with Chelsea and provided 14 assists.
