Collado helps Granada secure a win over Athletic Club

Granada got a major lift in their bid for La Liga return on Tuesday night with a success over Athletic Club. The Andalusians began the night only four points clear of the drop zone, sitting apprehensively after a  slow season, They are presently five points clear for now on account of their success over an Athletic Club side with European desires but other rivals are yet to play their matches in La Liga. Athletic Club is only one point behind Villarreal in the last European spot, yet the Yellow Submarine will get the opportunity to stretch out to four points when they face Rayo Vallecano on Thursday.

Granada got a leg up on Athletic with Barcelona loanee Alex Collado's strike in the 35th moment. It was a baffling night for Athletic Club, who just oversaw a single shot on track throughout the night.
