Cuadrado likes the Barcelona rumors

When ever you are a professional football player and a team like Barcelona, Bayern Munich or Real Madrid express their desire to sign you, must be an incredible feeling. For Juan Guillermo Cuadrado who had a really good season with Juventus where he won the double, the latest rumors that link him to FC Barcelona are like music to his ears. However, he is mainly focused on playing the Copa America Centenario right about now, his national team clashes against the tournament hosts: the United States this Friday at Levis Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

During a media conference ahead of the match, Cuadrado spoke about the interest from Barcelona and the match against the US: "It's nice to hear [about links to Barcelona], but here you do not think about it, only the national team. After we will see what happens with my future. It will be a very complicated match. The United states have improved, but we should think about ourselves. At any time we can create a dangerous chance and define the match. For us it is important to start with a win, to see how we develop."

Full-back Cristian Zapata also talked about this Friday's Copa America opener: "We are focused, still working on the aerial game and now we have to be more attentive and concentrated. They have a strong attack, they are quick, but we must be vigilant and work as a unit. We do not want surprises."
