Danish title holders are in the soup despite late equalizer in Odense

They are still very much in danger of missing out on the Championship playoffs for the Danish Superliga with one round remaining.

Jacob Neestrup's troops did well to turn a 0-2 into 2-2 draw when they visited Odense in the Superliga on Saturday, but if you look at the table, it still doesn't look too good for the reigning champions.

FC Copenhagen enter the 22nd match round in the Superliga's seventh place and are thus in serious danger of missing Top 6 for the first time in the club's history.

It was FC Copenhagen's first point after four successive defeats, but there wasn't much to be proud of for Neestrup's men in Odense, even though they began the match brightly.

Deep into extra time, FC Copenhagen then managed to rescue at least one point when Pantelis Chatzidiakos rose high to head a rebound into the net the final 2-2.
