Shan United have been trying to extend their term to local players, which are set to expire and they have reached an agreement with David Htan.

David Htan started his move to the United team in the second half of the 2018 season, just after eleven years spent in Yangon United as central defender and his current contract is due to expire in the second week of May. A deal has been finally agreed for a two-year extension and will be signed in the coming days.

David Htan, as it has been reported, has received offers from other clubs but has decided to stay with the current Shan United.
