Defender Min Ko Thu joins Rakhine United

The 27-year-old defender started his football career with the junior team of Rakhine United in 2012, was selected on the senior football team in 2013, and stayed with the team till 2015.
He then joined Hantharwady United F.C. for a while and then shifted to Yangon United F.C. at the end of the 2015 season of the Myanmar National League.
Min Ko Thu has Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup experience and participated in Yangon United’s meeting with Ceres Negros F.C. in the AFC Cup matches.
The defender has been signed in place of former defender Nyein Chan, who moved to Shan United recently, according to a statement released by Rakhine United.
