Dele Alli may join Como, a Serie A team, in Italy. Although his Everton contract expired in the summer, the former England international has been working with the team in an attempt to address long-term physical concerns.
Since his injury-plagued loan stint with Turkish team Besiktas at the end of the 2022–2023 season, Dele has not participated in professional football. At the beginning of that season, he made his final game for Everton under Frank Lampard before being loaned away. Since he is not listed as a Blues player, he is now ineligible to play for the team's under-21 team. After a difficult series of ailments that began with surgery for a groin condition, Dele has not yet reached that point in his recovery. Although the Everton boss has praised him throughout their time together, a slew of setbacks have kept him from becoming available for Sean Dyche.
