Denmark will be looking to pull off another surprise

For the first time in twenty years, Denmark will be trying to make the most of qualifying for consecutive European Championships. Under head coach Kasper Hjulmand, the Danes advanced to the semifinals of the Euro 2020 tournament and will be hoping for a better showing at the 2022 World Cup following their group stage defeat.

Denmark advanced to the final tournament together with Slovenia, Serbia, and England after winning Group H in the qualifications. Who will be included in Hjulmand's team for the 2024 European Championship after the friendlies against Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the Faroe Islands? GOAL looks at it. Due to exhaustion, Kasper Schmeichel has had to withdraw from the team. Andreas Hansen, who has never played professionally, has been called up to fill in. As a result, Frederik Ronnow would appear to be the clear-cut starter.
