According to the 'Mirror', Diego Costa could return to England to join Birmingham City. The Brazilian striker is currently without a club after terminating his contract with Atletico Mineiro.

Diego Costa has stepped out of the football media spotlight after ending his contract with Atletico Mineiro. The Brazilian striker has been away from the pitch for more than three months and without a team. However, he is about to do a 180.

As the 'Mirror' reported, the striker could return to England five seasons later. But this time it would be to do so in the Championship in the ranks of Birmingham, who are in the process of changing ownership.

The Brazilian already put up good numbers during his time at Chelsea, where he scored 58 goals in the 120 games in which he played for the Blues. However, his contribution decreased as the games went by.
