Lucas Digne is officially a Paris Saint‑Germain player once again, completing a move from Aston Villa after the French champions activated a release clause worth just under €10 million. The transfer follows the recent arrival of Maghnes Akliouche and marks another strategic addition for PSG as they reinforce their squad ahead of the new season.
For Digne, now 33, the deal represents a homecoming: he previously played for PSG between 2013 and 2015 before embarking on a long European journey that took him to Roma, Barcelona, Everton and Aston Villa.
