Duk doesn't regret hitting Neymar

There are some things that came out in public about Bolivian defender Yasmani Duk, the same man who elbowed Neymar in the eyebrow and got him off the match between Brazil and Bolivia. Fortunately for the star, it was just a scandalous eyebrow blow and not something worse because there is proof that this Yasmani Duk guy is actually kind of crazy.

He has already been suspended from his league for hitting a referee in the face for booking him, he got a three-match ban and got his team a red card in the act. This same man is the one who is telling Neymar he shouldn't showboat, but Neymar won't care about this and will keep on playing the way he knows. There is no chance he will be scared off by claims like the one Duk did after the game.

This is what Yasmani Duk told the press after the match: "Football is a contact sport, I tried to take the ball as I was reading his movement and he wanted to nutmeg me, then I moved my arm towards him. To be the best player in the world, he has to stop showboating and respect his opponents. I didn't realize that I'd hit him, I've never been malicious but unfortunately he was injured."
