Carlo Ancelotti celebrates Everton’s win that places them second on the Premier League table with a 1-0 thrashing of Sheffield United and sits two points behind Liverpool with 9 wins off 15 matches despite the absence of key players to injury. Gylfi Sigurdsson scored the sole goal of the match with just 10 minutes remaining to time to stay in the top four before 2021 starts.

A position they have not held in 16 years, Everton have been deprived of a Premier League title win since 1987 and without James Rodriguez, Lucas Digne, and Allan the win places them in high spirit and confident about their run this season. Ancelotti also shared this transfer window Everton will not be active but infact they will focus on improving their game with the same squad.
