Everton could revive Nathan Ake pursuit in January transfer window
In January, Everton could rekindle their interest in Nathan Ake, a defender for Manchester City. The Dutch international was allegedly a target for the Toffees in the summer, but no deal was made. During the transfer window, Everton made nine acquisitions, although just one was designed to bolster the defense. Adam Aznou, a left-back, did indeed join the Blues from Bayern Munich, but his development has been hindered by injuries thus far. Moyes has been open about wanting to add additional defenders in the summer, but for the time being, he will have to settle for his present alternatives. Nathan Ake would be a fantastic addition to the team, and January will present another chance to recruit. But the Blues will have competition since, according to a source, West Ham, Newcastle, Spurs, and Forest are all interested.
