Everton pulled off an impressive comeback against Burnley

Andros Townsend sends a stunning goal past Burnley’s goalkeeper to have Everton roar back after being one goal down in Premier League. Ben Mee first pushed Burnley ahead at Goodison Park but later the team succumbed to a three-goal beating by Everton. First, a strong header by Michael Keane put the club level on goals then Rafael Benitez’s new recruits Andros Townsend and Demarai Gray then put one goal each to give Everton a lead.

With the win, Toffees moved level on points with Liverpool, Chelsea, and league leaders Manchester United with 10 points from their four matches. Everton pulled off a big win without Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who would be sidelined till October after suffering from a broken toe and a thigh injury.
