Fellaini has a better time with Mourinho than Van Gaal

Just a year ago when all the Manchester United players had to be under Louis Van Gaal's command, many of them weren't exactly having the time of their lives despite being able to win the FA Cup by the end of the season. The Dutch manager has historically been a dull manager who doesn't see football as a fun activity, now that things have changed and Van Gaal is no longer there, they are getting to have a bit of fun once more.

According to Belgian midfielder Fellaini, talking to Sky Sports Soccer AM, he said that Mourinho is more fun to work with: "Louis van Gaal is stricter. Mourinho is strict, but not like Van Gaal. It is funnier with Mourinho, the training changes all the time. It is not a routine. Van Gaal had his philosophy and he was strict but he was very different. I think that Mourinho is the right manager. He has a lot of experience and he knows what he can do but you have to give him time as well, so I am sure the victories will come."

"He has asked me to play my game. He knows what I can do. Straight away, he said to me 'I know you are quality, I know what you can do'. During the Euros, he called me and asked if I wanted to move or continue, so it definitely gave me a boost."
