Marquinhos, a winger for Arsenal, is in advanced negotiations with Fluminense about moving there. The 20-year-old striker seemed set to return to Brazil after being called up from his loan with Nantes, where he could focus on his summer Olympic participation. The story claims that Fluminense are willing to loan Marquinhos to the Gunners for the duration of the English season, even agreeing to pay a price in exchange.
