Foxes beat Crystal Palace by 2-1

Brendan Rodgers appreciated the team’s morale after their 2-1 win over Crystal Palace keeps them on track to securing a Champions League berth next season. The eagles scared the hosts by scoring first with a beautiful goal by Wilfred Zaha. Placing Leicester in a perilous position with Chelsea, West Ham, and Liverpool breathing down their neck, they could not afford a slip-up now. Timothy Castagne and Kelechi Iheanacho later secured the side by scoring against Crystal Palace and place them ahead.

For Iheanacho it was his 17th goal of the season for Foxes and has been a constant on the scoresheet since their last 14 matches by scoring at least once. Foxes now need to find three more wins from the last five matches that would all but guarantee them a spot in CL.
