Genoa registers a 2-1 win against Parma

Substitute Scamacca forces Genoa to a comeback against Parma to end with a 2-1 score at Stadio Ennio Tardini and put a safe nine-point gap between themselves and the relegation zone. Graziano Pelle had at first led the hosts to an early lead with an impressive overhead kick but Gianluca Scamacca entered in the second half and scored twice against Parma as the team made a comeback from behind.

Mattia Bani and Jasmin Kurtic held the chance to extend Parma’s lead but failed to do so and Scamacca leveled the score within five minutes of him entering the match and it was a close end goal against 19th placed team who are four points behind Torino in the 17th with safety of 2 matches in hand.
