Getafe takes down Granada by 4-2

The only La Liga match to take place for the day turned out to be a thrilling encounter at Coliseum Alfonso Perez, after the Barcelona match was postponed. Getafe beats Granada by 4-2 in the Spanish league when the team made a comeback to grab all three points. Sandro Ramirez opened the score in the tenth minute and three minutes later Luis Suarez equalized for Granada. Getafe pretty much controlled the match from thereon with Enes Unal handing the team a lead a few minutes into the second half.

Maksimovic scored for the side as well and in the 64th minute, and the score read 3-1 with a win almost within reach until Suarez scored his second goal of the day to cut the lead but Borja Mayoral scored for the hosts at 87th minute to see them to a win. Getafe is four points clear of the relegation zone and cuts Granada’s lead to three points.
