Granada defeats Osasuna 2-0

After a humiliating 4-0 loss to Barcelona Granada bounces back to winning ways with a 2-0 clean win over Osasuna at Los Carmenes. Luis Suarez had scored first for Osasuna in 22 minutes, the lead later solidified even before the second half when Sergio Herrera’s own goal pushed Osasuna in deeper trouble. Great expectations were laid to waste when Osasuna could not challenge Granada, they were the ones who had held back Real Madrid recently to a 0-0 draw.

Granada is now seventh on the table while Osasuna is 19th on the table as they missed out on the chance to secure the three points, they needed to climb out of the relegation zone. The Pamplona side are three points above Huesca, who recently lost their coach Michel and are a point behind Elche.
