Gutierrez very likely to return despite strong Premier League interest

Real Madrid is now putting a lot of effort toward signing Alphonso Davies from Bayern Munich, and they already have Ferland Mendy and Fran Garcia in their ranks. Furthermore, because Los Blancos have a repurchase clause, there's a good chance Miguel Gutierrez will return from Girona to the Santiago Bernabeu. In fact, according to Jorge Picon, there's a good chance Miguel Gutierrez will make the move back to Real Madrid from Girona.

The Spanish defender was sold by the Merengues to Girona in 2022, but they kept a €8 million repurchase clause, which they now hope to use. Real Madrid has been pleased with Gutierrez's performance at Girona and has been closely monitoring his progress there. As a result, even if a decision has not yet been taken, the notion of getting him back into the club is gathering steam.
