Asamoah Gyan has reported for Kayserispor’s preseason training after holidays in the States.
The Black Stars captain has been spending some time with his family in the State.
Gyan however made it a point to report to his side’s first day at training.
The 32-year-old wants to fight for a regular spot in the starting line up next season.
Persistent injury problems cost the Ghanaian international regular playing time as he warmed the bench in most of the team’s matches last season.
He was at training as the Turkish Club begin preparation for the new season.
Kayserispor extended the stay of the striker after an agreement was reached to have the former Sunderland man’s wages cut at the Club.
Ghana’s all-time top scorer is yet to establish himself at the Club after successful stints with his previous Clubs.
