Hector Fort’s impressive breakthrough campaign at FC Barcelona

The 17-year-old, who plays right back most of the time, has made an impression on the first squad, even when he is used as a makeshift left back. Fort's ascent and development have not gone unnoticed, and teams find him appealing because of the meager release clause in his contract. According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona has previously turned down significant bids for Hector Fort from teams like Paris Saint-Germain.

This season, PSG has expressed interest in several young players at Barcelona, including Gavi, Lamine Yamal, and Pau Cubarsi. It so happens that Fort and a few other clubs have also picked up on them. Barça was forced to decline all of their attempts for the teenager as a result. Moreover, there are rumors that negotiations are already in progress to guarantee Hector Fort's long-term employment at Barcelona.
