Hernandez agreed huge pay cut to secure Sevilla move
04.09.19 / 02:30
Hernandez, 31, joined the Hammers from Bayer Leverkusen in 2017, penning a three-year deal at the London Stadium.
With one season still to run on that contract, he has moved to Ramòn Sànchez Pizjuàn Stadium for an undisclosed fee - thought to be in the region of £7 million.
The man capped 108 times by Mexico handed in a transfer request last Friday after Manuel Pellegrini made it clear that Sebastien Haller was his main man up front and things have moved quickly.
He scored once this season, in the 1-1 draw with Brighton, but will now play in La Liga for the first time since the 2014-2015 campaign when he spent a season on loan with Real Madrid.
