Hertha Berlin 2-1 comeback over Furth

Hertha Berlin had a reigning in Bundesliga with a second straight victory over Gruether Furth, a promoted team. The match powered up with Furth’s lead from a penalty in the 57th minute by Branimir Hrgota while Hertha continued the momentum with Dutch midfielder Jurgen Ekkelenkamp scoring off a corner kick four minutes later.

The climax was nail-biting with a goal in the 78th-minute from Maximilian Bauer who crossed low from Marco Richter breaking the equalizer recovering from a dull first half. The match was settled with a 2-1 win for Hertha at the Olympic Stadium on Friday. Hertha coach Pal Dardai was reported to be proud of his boys while the team climbed up to the ninth position with six points from five games beating the other newcomers, Bochum. Furth remains winless in the last place with one point.
