According to the Italian news source FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri may be prepared to let go of Frattesi since Sassuolo is demanding a hefty price for the 23-year-old international from Italy, with Milinkovic-Savic as their next target. Over the past week or two, Inter has worked hard to finalise a deal for Frattesi. The goal of the Nerazzurri has been to sell Marcelo Brozovic and use the proceeds to make an offer for the Sassuolo midfielder.

Inter intends to make a total bid of about €25 million for Frattesi and striker Samuele Mulattieri. The Nerazzurri want to sign Frattesi in a deal of between €30 and €35 million since they value Mulattieri at €7-8 million. But Sassuolo now sees things that way. Due in part to interest from AC Milan, Juventus, and Roma, the Nervoerdi are holding out for €40 million.
