Milan took on Juventus to crush their hopes for a win this season by defeating them with 2-0 in Serie A and climb the ladder moving in closer to AC Milan with 40 points to display for their efforts so far in the season. Juventus on the other hand moved shockingly to the fifth position on the table.
Arturo Vidal assisted by Nicolo Barella opened the score for Inter in the 12th minute against his former club while Barella was exceptional during the night by scoring the second goal after assisting in the first one to hand Andrea Pirlo’s side their second defeat in the league this season. Later Pirlo commented by saying their defensive strategy backfired during the night but they still remain firm on their course to win and a setback would not hurt their chances this season.
