Goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, Tottenham Hotspur's shot-stopper, is one of the leading candidates for Inter Milan's management to succeed Swiss keeper Yann Sommer in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Inter is looking for a ready and experienced European goalkeeper to ensure continued stability in the goalkeeper position, given the possibility of Sommer leaving at the end of the season or his role within the team diminishing.

Vicario has been delivering outstanding performances in the English Premier League since his move to Tottenham, which has attracted the attention of several European clubs, foremost among them Inter Milan, who see him as an ideal option for the medium and long term.

The Italian club is expected to monitor the player's situation in the coming period before entering into official negotiations with Tottenham, knowing that the goalkeeper enjoys great confidence within the London club.
